Guy M. Ngayo Fotso est le fondateur et le directeur général du Swiss Institute for leadership. Il a été nominé en 2021 pour le prix international d'excellence de l'enseignement de l'ACBSP et a reçu un prix en tant que professeur distingué pour les programmes de licence, de maîtrise en sciences, de MBA et de doctorat à l'école de commerce de Toulouse en France et à l'école de commerce de Lausanne en Suisse. Il est titulaire d'une licence et d'une maîtrise en psychologie et en sociologie de l'université de Rouen, d'une maîtrise en gestion d'entreprise de HEC Montréal, d'un MBA de Thunderbird en Arizona et d'un doctorat de l'école de commerce de Toulouse. Guy M. Ngayo Fotso a plus de 20 ans d'expérience dans des postes de direction au sein d'organisations internationales de Global Fortune 500, en tant que gestionnaire du changement, responsable du marketing et de la planification stratégique. Il a vécu et travaillé dans plus de 7 pays sur 3 continents différents, conseillant des organisations et accompagnant des dirigeants.
