Pascal Wild est directeur de la Haute école de gestion Fribourg (Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale HES-SO). Il s'engage, en étroite collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes, à développer les programmes de formation et à promouvoir l'excellence académique de la haute école.
Au cours de sa carrière académique, il a enseigné dans différentes hautes écoles spécialisées de la HES-SO et a occupé des fonctions de direction dans différents projets de recherche nationaux et internationaux. Auparavant, il a travaillé comme auditeur agréé pour une société du Big 4 et a cofondé une société dans le domaine des services fiduciaires.
Il a obtenu son doctorat à l'Université de Genève dans le domaine de l'internationalisation des PME et a publié plusieurs ouvrages sur ce sujet.
