Laurent Bernau is a Medical Devices professional with a dual background in Engineering and Law, bringing extensive experience in leading complex regulatory projects. After completing a PhD in Material Sciences jointly at EPFL and EMPA, he transitioned into the medical technology industry, where he has held roles spanning R&D, software development, and Regulatory Affairs. Currently Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs at Stryker GmbH, he leads a team of regulatory project managers overseeing large-scale international projects involving up to 100 team members. Combining scientific expertise with legal insight, he is recognized for structuring complex environments, accelerating project execution, and driving cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
