Rachel Walther is the Head of Human Resources and a Member of the Board at MOB railway company in Montreux. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Lausanne and a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Berne, where her research focused on stress management in the workplace. Rachel Walther began her career as HR Manager at an esthetic clinic before transitioning to the railway industry at SBB. Her bilingualism in French and German is a key asset in her current role, bridging Switzerland's two linguistic regions.
