Sandra Racordon-Pape is Director of Regulatory Science and Strategy at Cytiva in Fribourg, with nearly 30 years of experience in laboratory research, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. She began her career as a laboratory technician before moving into the biotech industry, where she built strong expertise in quality and regulatory management. Over the years, she has held senior roles at Pall Corporation, Grifols, and BioRad, progressively expanding her strategic responsibilities. Today, she leads regulatory science initiatives at Cytiva and supports start-ups and CDMOs in the field of Cell and Gene Therapies, combining operational depth with a forward-looking regulatory perspective.
