Stéphane Joye

Stéphane Joye is an engineer specialized in automotive technology, graduated from the bilingual Bern University of Applied Sciences in Biel. After strengthening his international outlook through further studies in the United States, he began his career at Johnson Electric International, where he progressively assumed responsibilities in application engineering and key account management within a global environment. Since 2017, he has held several roles at the Federal Office for Defense Procurement in Bern, combining technical expertise with increasing leadership responsibilities. He currently leads complex procurement initiatives and manages a team of experts within the Ground Effect division, operating at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and public-sector governance.
