Sulaica Tardy is the Chief Financial Officer for Group Rental at Avesco Rent AG in Puidoux, Switzerland. In this role, she manages the financial operations and development of the company’s subsidiaries across five countries. She leads finance teams, oversees performance management, and implements organizational changes to optimize processes and drive positive results. With extensive experience in finance, including roles in tax control, accountancy, and administration, Sulaica Tardy has been with Avesco Rent AG since 2014, first as Finance Manager and now as CFO, where she continues to lead strategic financial initiatives across international markets.
