Valeria Millasson is Global Head of Operational Excellence for the Drug Product division at CordenPharma, Switzerland. With more than a decade of international experience across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and automotive industries, she has led large-scale transformation programs delivering over €50 million in value across ten manufacturing sites within three years. She previously held senior operational excellence roles at CordenPharma and Vifor Pharma and combines strong technical expertise with strategic supply chain insight. Valeria holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering, an Executive CAS from EPFL, and a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. She orchestrates the alignment of strategy, systems, and people to build sustainable high-performance organizations.
