Vincent Vernez is Director of Movendo, the Swiss Trade Union Training Institute, where he has held several leadership roles since 2020, including Deputy Director and Head of Programmes. He leads the Institute’s strategy and operations, manages multidisciplinary teams, and fosters innovation in adult education at a national level. With a background in language education, andragogy, and quality assurance, he has worked extensively as a trainer, examiner, and programme designer across Switzerland. He also directed an international professional theatre company, strengthening his expertise in project management and team leadership. Multilingual and internationally educated, he brings a structured and strategic approach to lifelong learning.
