Telc exams

HEG Fribourg is a certified telc gGmbH examination center and thus one of telc’s over 2,000 licensed partners in more than 25 countries. Telc language examinations offered through our Language Center include German, French and English exams.

We offer:

• telc English C2, a standardized exam that measures language proficiency at the highest level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. At the C2 level, there are no longer any specialized exam formats because native speaker competence in all areas of language use is required. The level of this exam corresponds to the Cambridge Proficiency Exam.
• telc English B2-C1 Business, a dual-level examination format which tests English competence in a business context. The exam format is suitable for assigning candidates to the B2 or C1 competence level.
• telc English B1-B2 Business, another dual-level examination format that tests English competence in a business context. The exam format is suitable for assigning candidates to the B1 or B2 competence level.
