Philippe Barras is the Deputy manager of the IT department at the Cantonal Bank of Fribourg. A graduate engineer from HES-SO Fribourg in 2002, he furthered his education with two CAS diplomas in Information Systems Management and Public Administration, along with several certifications in IT and complex project portfolio management. Active in the fields of technical IT, healthcare, and finance, he stands out for his ability to combine technical expertise with managerial skills. He is also an expert in the Bachelor’s in Computer Science program at HES-SO Fribourg, contributing to the development of tomorrow’s talents.
