The HEG-FR is committed to promoting and developing diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities between men and women. To this end, our school has an action plan to guide its activities.
The focus is on promoting women’s entrepreneurship and women’s careers, in collaboration with organisations such as Career Women. Another key area aims to promote equal opportunities in day-to-day practices, for example by combating harassment. To this end, awareness-raising campaigns, conferences and workshops are regularly organised.
About the HEG-FR Equality Service
The HES-SO FR Equal Opportunities Service comprises an Equality Officer and an Equality Liaison Officer for each of our schools. At HEG-FR, the Equality and Diversity Liaison Officer is Greta Balliu. The Equal Opportunities Service is available to answer any questions relating to equality and diversity at our school.
